Install instructions

Install Nuclear Throne Together.
Extract the .rar file into your desktop, then extract the folder into the "mods" directory of the game directory.
On the character screen, press T, type "/load main", then Enter
The skin should now be loaded and appear at the end of the skin list for Fish
